Attention: The leaking water may be very hot (risk of scalding). Set programme selector to 'Off' and pull out the mains plug. Check whether the drainage hose has been installed without kinks. Loosen the hose clip on the siphon. Carefully remove the drainage hose (residual water). Clean the drainage hose and siphon spigot. Hold the end of the hose in a bucket and select the 'Drain' programme. Connect the drainage hose to the siphon and check for leaks.
If your dishwasher is not draining, it may be because your drain pump is blocked. Follow those steps as shown in the video to unblock your drain pump:
1. Turn the appliance off
2. Take out the baskets
3. Take out the lower spray arm
4. Remove the water by using a sponge
5. Remove the filters
6. Unclip the pump cover using a spoon
7. Remove all foreign bodies
8. Check if the impeller can rotate freely
9. Refit the pump cover
10. Refit the cover – arrows mark should be opposite to each other
There can be 3 reasons why your “check water supply” lights up:
1. The supply hose may be blocked
2. Water inlet filter may be clogged
3. Water tap may be clogged
Follow these steps to resolve the issue easily and on your own.
