	INGREDIENTS
100ml of water
150 grams of sugar
1 large unwaxed lemon, thinly sliced
		
	Tip:
These crunchy lemon chips are perfect as a zesty topping for cakes, cupcakes or desserts. A delicious garnish to finish off any dish or to decorate your favourite cocktail.
		
	Step 1
Boil the water and sugar in a pan. Let the lemon slices simmer in portions for approx. 3 minutes in the syrup while turning.
		
	Step 2
Place the lemon slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 130 °C CircoTherm hot air.
		
	Step 3
Bake the lemon slices at shelf position 2 for approx. 15 mins. Place carefully on a wire rack and leave to dry completely at room temperature for 1-2 days.
The chips will keep for about 1 month in a jar.
